At Big Bud Press, we want you to love your colorful goods, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Please note that all sale items and pantry goods are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid USPS shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any USPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
