Our bucket hats are made from 100% cotton 14.5oz denim that was custom woven for us in one of america’s oldest denim mills. Woven in our signature broken twill pattern to call upon fabrics from the past. Lined with soft cotton fabric. Sewn with contrast orange stitching. Softened using eco-friendly abrasives meant to mimic stonewashing— This process saves water, electricity, time, and creates almost zero waste compared to traditional stonewashing.
